• Client refers to the person or entity accessing or using our services.
• • “Services” refers to SEO, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, content creation, website development, advertising, and related services offered.



Use of Website

• You may browse our website for informational purposes only.
• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
• You agree not to use the website in any way that may damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use.



Services and Deliverables

• Services provided are defined in individual contracts or proposals.
• All services are subject to availability and approval.
• Results are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., platform algorithm changes, competition, market shifts).



Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all necessary access, content, and information required for us to perform our services.
• Respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Review and approve work within the agreed timeframes.



Confidentiality

• We both agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during our collaboration and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.



Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
• Delays or interruptions in services due to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).

Use of our services is at your own risk.




Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days' written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if you violate these Terms or act in a way that harms our business or reputation.



Third-Party Tools and Platforms

• • Our services may involve the use of third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp). We are not responsible for any issues caused by those platforms, including bans, suspensions, or downtime.



Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of Rajkot, Gujarat only.



Payment

At SIDP Media we allow payments, through cheques or Cash and Bank Transfers(however please note that we may opt not to accept forms of payment without notice). The client is required to provide a Transaction Receipt along with the code for Bank Transfers as this aids in tracing your payment, in our bank.

SIDP Media has the flexibility to change payment methods and adjust prices without advance notice as needed. After the completion of payment by the client and depending on the order placed it can take approximately 36 to 48 hours excluding weekends to process the order in question.

If a Customer decides to cancel the Service before the project is finished they may be required to pay a fee for cancelling equal, to the work done up to that point. Failure to pay this cancellation fee or any overdue amounts may lead to action being taken as needed.




Refund Policy

Refunds will not be offered on account of any lack of understanding of the aspects of the service in question. Before making payment, satisfy yourself by reviewing samples sent by us.




Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
